Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  |  Last Updated: June 2026

Brazen Learning is committed to providing high-quality, compliance-current training for defense acquisition professionals. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course or bundle.

1.  Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, provided that you have completed less than 20% of the course.

Both conditions must be met. Refund requests that fall outside either threshold will not be approved.

2.  When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 72 hours have passed since the date of purchase
  • 20% or more of the course has been completed
  • A certificate of completion has been issued
  • Course materials, downloadable artifacts, or templates have been accessed or downloaded
  • The purchase was made as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase
  • CLP credit has been submitted to DATMS or any component CLP tracking system

3.  Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or completing your course, please contact us at admin@brazenlearning.com within 48 hours of the issue occurring. We will make every effort to resolve the problem. Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.  Duplicate Purchases

If you are charged twice for the same course due to a processing error, please contact us immediately at admin@brazenlearning.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full with no time restriction.

5.  Bundle & Multi-Course Purchases

Bundles are sold as a single unit. If a refund is approved for a bundle purchase, the refund applies to the full bundle only — individual courses within a bundle may not be refunded separately. If any course within a bundle has been accessed beyond the 20% threshold, the bundle is not eligible for a refund.

6.  Organizational & Group Purchases

Refund requests for organizational seat licenses or group enrollments must be submitted by the account administrator within 72 hours of the original purchase. Individual learner seat refunds are not available once a learner has accessed course content.

7.  How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email admin@brazenlearning.com with the subject line Refund Request — [Course Name] and include the following:

  • Full name and email address used at purchase
  • Order confirmation number or purchase receipt
  • Brief reason for the request

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8.  Policy Updates

Brazen Learning reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Purchases made prior to a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
