By accessing or purchasing from the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Downloadable artifacts, templates, and job aids included with courses are licensed for your individual professional use only.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, templates, assessments, branding, and downloadable artifacts on the Platform are the intellectual property of Brazen Learning and are protected by U.S. copyright law. Course materials have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office where applicable.
5. CLP & Credentialing Information
Brazen Learning provides CLP-eligible training consistent with DoD Instruction 5000.66 and DAU iCatalog standards. CLP counts and CEU conversions are calculated per DAU and IACET standards and are accurate as of the course version date.
6. Accuracy of Regulatory Content
Brazen Learning makes every effort to ensure that course content reflects current FAR, DFARS, CMMC, and related regulatory requirements as of each course's version date. However, defense acquisition regulations change frequently. Course content is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Learners are responsible for verifying current regulatory requirements applicable to their specific contracts, programs, and organizations. Brazen Learning is not liable for compliance decisions made based on course content.
